Unfortunately NO. The DMV certificate is a official coded DMV paper document and it cannot copied, faxed or emailed. The DMV will only accept this numbered pink paper DMV certificate. Your certificate is shipped fast by first class mail the day after you pass (except weekends). You should check your address for correctness so your certificate is not delayed.

If you feel you might miss a DMV appointment please know that you can walk-in without an appointment first thing in the morning with little to no wait-time.

Email us below with the CODE you are using. Tell us WHERE the code is from like your School, Club or Groupon. Groupon codes are called Redemption Codes, do not use the long Groupon tracking number. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD. Contact Us first to help.

We recommend a student start around 15 years old. Keep in mind the DMV will not allow you to test for a driving permit until you are 15 1/2 years old.

  2. Check that address you supplied is correct.
  3. Check with your family to see if someone has put it aside.
  4. Check with your local post office. (They may hold or return mail for the following reasons: Mail forwarding, New Address, Name is NOT registered or you Receive Mail by a PO Box)

It should only take a week to arrive but if it is past 2 weeks, CONTACT US below.

  • We will check our mail returns, make corrections, and mail it back to you.
  • We send you a first-class mailing receipt so you can see the date and address shipped.

Please contact us within 30 days of passing the final test to receive a complimentary replacement certificate if needed. 

The DMV is strict with the disbursement of these official documents. You will need to order a replacement certificate if you supplied an incorrect shipping address, or an incorrect Name or Birthdate or Lose it. If you lost it, take another look around. They are PINK and should be easy to spot. 

Providing you with a replacement certificate involves reporting the original certificate number to the DMV as invalid and issuing a new numbered document. There is a $10 administrative fee for this service and first class shipping is included.
